are available all year, and are in variable sizes ranging
from 20 to 50 fish per Kg., they are rich in the essential
omega 3 fatty acids that help fight heart disease. Bevan's
process Sardines in block and IQF form distributed Australia
wide. Bevan's also process and package in Tweed Baits
Pty. Ltd., packaging for their distribution in Queensland
and NSW. Sardines are either popular cooked on the BBQ
or are also found in many restaurants with each Chef
creating his or her own delicious recipes.

Arripis Truttaceus.
Bevans have a licence to fish a beach west of Albany
(Peaceful Bay). Australian Salmon are seasonal, 90%
are caught during February - June. An average Australian
Salmon weighs 4 - 6kg and are very rich in the essential
omega 3 fatty acids to fight heart disease. Salmon Roe
can also be processed in Bevans Factory. Salmon are
processed as frozen whole fish, fillets or cutlets.

AUSTRALIAN HERRING Code 37344001 Arripis
Georgianus.
Bevans also have a licence to fish Peaceful Bay for Herring.
They are also seasonal and they start on the 26th March
- May. An average fish weighs 200 grams. These fish are
also rich in the essential omega 3 fatty acids to fight
heart disease. Herring are processed whole frozen in 18kg
blocks and IQF in 15kg cartons and 1kg IQFs. |
